12:00 PM – Warm‑Up & Practice
The driving range and putting green are open for all golfers to warm up and get tournament‑ready.

 

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Lunch Service
Enjoy a sponsored pre‑tournament lunch at your convenience before heading out for play.

 

1:10 PM – Mega Putt Contest ($5 entry fee)

Check in with Dave Castleberry (Head Golf Pro) at the practice putting green and take your shot at winning $100 cash.

 

1:15 PM – Pre‑Tournament Staging
Golf bags on carts, final announcements, and instructions before golfers make their way to their starting holes.

 

1:30 PM – Shotgun Start
The tournament officially begins—let the competition and camaraderie unfold across the course.

 

6:30 PM – Dinner & Raffle Celebration
Following the round, gather for a sponsored dinner, raffle drawings, and post‑tournament festivities as we celebrate the day’s winners and supporters.
